Parents and guardians shall:

• Raise concerns calmly and only through designated communication channels.
• Avoid using harsh, rude, or offensive language.
• Refrain from shouting, threatening, or intimidating staff or other families.
• Comply with Rocksfordz’ operational policies and administrative decisions.

Unacceptable Conduct

The following shall constitute misconduct:

• Use of abusive, aggressive, threatening, profane, or offensive language.
• Personal attacks or defamatory remarks about staff or the organization.
• Repeated unreasonable demands that interfere with normal operations.

• Intimidation or attempts to influence staff through threats or blackmail.

Consequences for Misconduct

Depending on the nature, severity, and impact of the conduct, Rocksfordz may take such steps as it considers appropriate, including verbal communication, internal documentation, written correspondence, restriction of access (including to the Centre), limitation of communication channels, termination of enrolment, and/or initiation of legal proceedings. Rocksfordz retains the discretion to proceed directly to higher-level action in cases involving serious misconduct or safety-related concerns, including escalation to law enforcement authorities where necessary.
